I also do not like the commercial business park properties of FLCT in UK which is a disaster in the making as you have rightfully pointed out. However, for logistics assets which is the bulk of its portfolio, I believe that they will always be relevant and that its overall holdings are still good.
ReplyDeleteThere will be some ups and downs along the way at different stage of the economic environment. Nevertheless, having exposure to logistics assets adds to the diversification of holding on to various classes of investment properties in order to reduce investment risk.
